Whether you're new to landscaping or looking to lead a crew, we offer the tools, training, and opportunity to help you thrive.Learn more at: www.delandscape.comKey ResponsibilitiesExecute daily lawn care tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, aeration, seeding, and blowing.Operate small landscaping equipment such as zero-turn mowers, weed trimmers, and backpack blowers.Ensure all work is completed to company quality standards and within assigned timeframes.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site and company vehicle.Follow instructions from crew leaders or foremen and collaborate with team members.As a Lawn Foreman:Lead and direct a crew of 2-4 laborers on job sites.Coordinate daily work assignments and ensure adherence to safety protocols.Maintain professional communication with customers and team members.Track and submit timecards, receipts, and daily logs accurately.QualificationsPrior experience in lawn care or landscaping preferred (minimum 1-2 years for laborers; 3-5 years for foremen).Experience operating commercial lawn care equipment required.Chauffeur License and valid Medical Card required for Lawn Foreman role.Strong work ethic and reliability-must consistently show up early and ready to work.Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.Team player with attention to detail and a commitment to safety.Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.BenefitsMedical Insurance401(k) with 3% Company MatchPaid Time Off - Holidays, Vacation, Sick (6-8 days/season)Weekly Pay CycleUniforms ProvidedYear-End Bonus EligibilityPaid Training and CertificationsSafety Equipment ProvidedTravel Allowance for Job-Related Use of Personal Vehicle (when approved)Work ScheduleFull-Time: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 6:30 PMSaturdays: 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM (as needed)Hours: 50-60 hours per weekLunch: 45-minute break (30 minutes automatically deducted)Must arrive at least 5 minutes before scheduled start timeWork LocationMeet daily at company office in Richmond, MITravel to job sites with company work truck and crewMileage reimbursement for approved job-related personal vehicle useEqual Employment OpportunityWe are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
