Wealth Planning Senior Associate
Wealth Planning Senior AssociateCAPTRUST is seeking a Wealth Planning Senior Associate who will work directly with our wealth advisory teams to provide client and prospective client wealth management solutions. This includes support of our centralized financial planning model, onboarding new offices onto our wealth planning platform, executive financial planning, financial planning workflows, and continually developing strategies and solutions to better serve our clients. Primary responsibilities may include the following, among others:Assist with the preparation, development, and delivery of client financial plansAssist with training our wealth team on eMoney and our financial planning approachData entry as well as advanced planning in eMoney will be criticalSupport the transition of client's financial planning data into our system, eMoney, specifically the data of client's from new CAPTRUST officesWill work closely with financial advisors, client service, and peers on the Wealth Planning teamSupport business development activities with prospective clientsAssist with ad hoc projects within required deadlinesContribute to new research and project initiativesMay work, when necessary, beyond normal working hoursVery minimal travel expectedMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience2-4+ years of relevant industry experienceProficient in eMoney Advisor or similar financial planning softwareDesire to pursue CFP designationDesired Qualifications/Skills:Technology savvy, proficient with Microsoft OfficeIn process of obtaining or already hold CFP designationExperience at a wealth management or financial planning advisory firmStrong communication skills, both written and verbalStrong interpersonal skills, includes being polished, courteous, professional, and patientGood organizational skills such as multi-tasking, adapting priorities, and meeting deadlinesOur colleagues, like our clients, tend to stay with CAPTRUST for years.
