This role is responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations, ensuring the accuracy of financial information, and maintaining compliance with GAAP standards. The Director of Finance will play a critical role in supporting strategic decision-making and reporting to the President. Key ResponsibilitiesManage the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions. Oversee month-end and year-end financial close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting. Maintain the company's chart of accounts, accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls. Prepare and present financial statements to senior management, the Board of Advisors, and external stakeholders. Develop and monitor the company's annual budget and forecasting process. Monitor cash flow and manage banking relationships. Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred. Minimum of 8 years of progressive accounting and financial management experience. Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS accounting standards. Proven experience managing accounting and finance teams. Proficient in financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills. Salary: $110,000 - $160,000 per year (DOE)
