You'll drive our new product development roadmap, strengthen engineering processes, and ensure we deliver high-quality, reliable, next-generation oceanographic instruments.What You'll DoLead & Develop TeamsMentor and grow electrical, software, and compliance engineersBuild a high-performing, collaborative engineering organizationDrive clarity, accountability, and continuous improvement (Lean Manufacturing)Deliver New Product DevelopmentOwn execution of the product development roadmapLead milestone planning, design reviews, risk mitigation, and resource allocationPartner closely with Product, Manufacturing, and cross-functional teamsEnsure products meet schedule, cost, and performance targetsShape Technology StrategyGuide development of modern electronic instrumentationInfluence next-gen architecture: AI, wireless comms, low-power systems, IoT connectivityChampion platforming, cost optimization, and design-for-manufacturabilityStay ahead of emerging technologies and industry trendsWhat You BringBachelor's degree in engineering (advanced degree preferred)10+ years developing electronic products or systems5+ years leading multidisciplinary engineering teamsProven success delivering NPD programs from concept to launchExperience with connected/IoT devices, AI, embedded systems, wireless technologies, and low-power electronicsStrong communication and leadership skills in a matrixed environmentUS Residents: The compensation range for this role is $170,000.00 – $215,000.00 USD per year.We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.Veralto is an equal opportunity employer.
