Job Overview We are seeking a talented Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness and improve marketing efforts. Duties - Create engaging social media content for various platforms, especially on Tiktok, instagram Reels, YouTube shorts - Monitor social media channels and respond to followers - Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate campaigns - Analyze social media data to identify trends and insights - Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and tools - Manage social media advertising campaigns - Utilize SEO techniques to optimize content for search engines - Conduct research on industry-related topics Requirements - Proficiency in using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn - Knowledge of social media analytics tools like Hootsuite - Experience with video editing software and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus - Understanding of E-commerce and online marketing principles - Familiarity with Google Analytics and SEO best practices - Strong communication and writing skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Public relations or social listening experience is advantageous Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.17 - $24.04 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Ability to Relocate: Irvine, CA 92618: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
