Director of Audiology – Excellent Leadership Opportunity
Magnolia ENT is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and patient-centered Director of Audiology to lead and grow our expanding audiology division across multiple locations, including LaGrange, Newnan, Stockbridge, Peachtree City, and Sharpsburg, Georgia.
But before you apply, you must know, their culture is very important…please carefully read their core behavioral values:
1. DEPENDABLE EXCELLENCE
I show up for my teammates and patients every single day. This means I follow through on every commitment. When I say I'll do something, it gets done - no exceptions, no excuses.
2. GROWTH THROUGH COLLABORATION
I believe in lifting others up and growing together. I eagerly share my knowledge, take time to properly train my teammates, and step in to help when someone needs support.
3. DIRECT & HONEST COMMUNICATION
I address issues head-on and speak with transparency and respect. I help create an environment where honest conversation flourishes and problems get solved quickly.
This is who they are…if any of these core behavioral values rub you the wrong way, they will not be a good fit.
If it feels like they are talking about you, then please apply.
