Chief Financial Officer

Fractional CFO (Part-Time | ~20 hrs/week | $60–$70/hr)We are seeking a results‐driven Fractional CFO to provide strategic financial leadership for a growing ecommerce and consumer products business . This hands‐on role will strengthen financial reporting, improve cash flow visibility, build scalable systems, and support executive decision‐making to drive profitability and growth.This position is part‐time (~20 hours per week) with scheduling flexibility and requires being in‐office at least once per week for collaboration.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a strategic finance partner to the CEO/Leadership TeamBuild and maintain budgets, rolling forecasts, and financial modelsCreate dashboards and KPI reporting (sales, margins, CAC, inventory turns, cash flow)Analyze profitability by product, channel, and customer segmentImprove cash flow planning, working capital visibility, and inventory planningStrengthen monthly close, financial controls, and settlement reconciliation (QuickBooks + ecommerce systems)Identify margin opportunities across fees, ad spend, freight, returns, and operational costsCoordinate with CPA, tax advisors, payroll providers, and external partnersQualificationsRequired5+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience, including CFO‐level responsibilityStrong FP&A skills (forecasting, budgeting, modeling, dashboards)Experience in ecommerce, consumer products, or high‐volume transactional businessesStrong cash flow and working capital expertiseComfortable operating strategically and hands‐onPreferredAmazon/multi‐channel marketplace experience and settlement reconciliationInventory‐heavy operations and COGS optimization experienceQuickBooks and ecommerce accounting integrationsExperience scaling a business ($10M → $20M+)Success in the First 90 DaysClean, consistent reporting and improved financial visibilityFaster, standardized monthly closeReliable forecasting cadenceClear profitability reporting by product/channelStrong cash flow planning rhythm and actionable KPIsSeniority level: ExecutiveEmployment type: Part‐timeJob function: Finance and SalesIndustries: Computers and Electronics ManufacturingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Click Go and Buy by 2x#J-18808-Ljbffr
