Technical Inside Sales Representative

Our innovative team designs the lowest power, highest density solutions to reduce cost of test while pushing performance forward.The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for providing support in selling Elevate products and/or services to existing customers and new customers. You will utilize both technical and business knowledge to assess customer needs and enhance the customer buying experience.This role will require you to work onsite in San Diego, CA.ResponsibilitiesAccount ManagementExecute sales business plans and strategies to maximize revenue growth and increase market shareInfluence cross-functional teams to eliminate barriers to sales successWork closely and support business units on competitor analysis, market intelligence and pricing negotiationsDevelop and establish strong cooperative relationships with all levels of the customers' organization and departmentsSales Support, Forecasting, and ReportingCollaborate closely with Field Sales, Applications Engineering, Product Marketing, and Operations teamsPrepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial agreementsTrack opportunity progress and ensure timely follow-up on customer requestsMaintain accurate opportunity data, account information, and activity records in CRM systemsProvide regular sales forecasts and pipeline updatesSupport annual budgeting and revenue planning activitiesRequirementsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related discipline. Starting salary will be aligned with your relevant experience and demonstrated capabilities during the interview process. Typically, candidates begin at the initial tier of our compensation range, with placement adjusted for candidates presenting extensive directly applicable experience.
