Part Time Sales Associate

Hoosac Valley Farmers' Exchange is hiring a part-time Sales Associate! Job Responsibilities Provide a friendly welcoming environment, by smiling, greeting and acknowledging every customer when they enter the store and assisting them as needed. Answering phones: assisting with questions and taking customer orders Perform day-to-day store operations such as counter help, keeping the store clean, inventory restocking, watering plants. Operating our point of sale (POS) computer systems for sales, returns, charges, payments, etc. Gain product knowledge and be able to assist customers with choosing the correct products for their needs. Other duties as assigned. Job Qualifications Some computer abilities are preferred Have great communications skills and exceptional customer service. Mature, responsible and hardworking. Physical Requirements Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Able to frequently communicate with the customers and coworkers.
