Assembly Maintenance Technician - 2nd ShiftPrimary Job Function:Maintain Machine/Equipment in top working conditions to minimize and eliminate down time. Perform emergency repair of machine/equipment during production. Perform installation, removal or modification of production machine/equipment. Accomplish any and all work assignments as directed by management.Key Areas of Responsibility: Perform emergency repairs of machine and equipment during productionPerform Preventive Maintenance (PM) on machine/equipmentPerform work on new machine/equipmentProvide support in supplying quality parts for customersWork on problem solving teamsWork with Production EngineeringWork with Quality AssuranceWork with ProductionComplete and submit required paperwork in a timely mannerMinimum Requirements:High School Diploma or GED3 – 5 years’ manufacturing experience with full range of operations, electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics and machine maintenanceExperienced in electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical principle, systems, troubleshooting and repair: robotics, PLC and assisted automation, mechanical handling systems, maintenance and repairTraining Requirements or Equivalents:New hire orientationERP System TrainingHealth, Safety and Physical Demand Requirements:Frequent lifting of up to 25 lbs. and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.Occasional lifting, climbing, carrying, pulling, griping, grasping, twisting, bending, stooping and reaching throughout the work dayHand and eye coordinationAbility to sit stand and walk for extended periods of time (8 hours or more)Ability to use a phone and computer keyboardMust have a valid Driver’s License and ability to obtain a PassportTravel within the US and Canada up to 50%Ability to work in manufacturing environmentPay Range:$30-$36 hourly, depending on experience and qualifications.Additional $1.00 premium for 2nd and 3rd shifts.Shift Hours:1st Shift: 6am-2:30pm2nd Shift: 2pm-10:30pm3rd Shift: 10pm-6:30am
