From signed contract to fully configured and confident, you own the implementation experience end to end. This role is equal parts technical and people work — you need to understand how integrations and workflows are set up, and you need to know how the best operators use Akia to drive real results so you can guide every new customer toward that from day one.About AkiaAkia is the AI agent for hospitality. Operators don't buy her; they hire her. She handles guest communication, drives direct bookings, manages upsells, and runs the full guest journey from welcome to welcome back. From slope-side vacation rentals to 500-room oceanfront resorts where every guest expects to feel like the only one, she shows up, learns the property, and gets to work.We're building the agent that runs modern hospitality. We're still early, and there's a lot left to build.What you'll do:Lead customers through the full implementation lifecycle from kickoff to go-live, owning time-to-go-live, configuration accuracy, and customer readiness at activation.Run structured kickoff calls, set clear timelines, assign customer homework, and keep implementations moving and follow up proactively when customers fall behind. Sometimes that means going the extra mile to get them there.Identify and resolve technical blockers in coordination with Support and Engineering.Conduct go-live readiness checks and document each customer's configuration, open items, and early risk signals so the CSM inheriting the account is never starting from zero.Contribute to playbook improvements based on patterns you observe across customers.What we're looking for:2+ years in an implementation, onboarding, or technical account management role at a SaaS companyStrong project management instincts. You track tasks, hold customers accountable, and keep timelines movingComfortable with technical configuration work. You don't need to write code, but you understand how integrations and workflows are set upClear, direct communicator in writing and on callsHospitality tech experience or familiarity with PMS and OTA systems is a plusStartup experience where processes are still being built is a plusCompensation & Benefits:Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 base, depending on experience Equity / stock options Full health, dental, and vision coverage Commuter benefits 401k PTO
