As we continue to grow, we're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Salesperson to join our team and help drive our success into the future.Increase your chances of an interview by reading the following overview of this role before making an application.As an Electrical Salesperson, you will be responsible for expanding sales by evaluating customer needs, presenting products and system options, and providing customized solutions for electrical power distribution, lighting, wiring, and control systems. This position requires a strong understanding of electrical components, systems, and industry trends, as well as the ability to close sales while delivering exceptional customer service.Responsibilities Include:Conduct in-home or on-site consultations to assess customer needsEvaluate existing systems and provide recommendations for repair, replacement, or upgradesCommunicate effectively with clients, ensuring understanding of system operation and any necessary maintenanceProvide detailed, multi-option quotes and discuss repair or upgrade choicesIdentify opportunities to offer additional services, upgrades, or preventative maintenanceStay informed about industry trends, new technologies, new products & vendor offeringsFollow up on open leads and maintain strong pipeline communicationConsistently meet or exceed assigned daily, weekly, or monthly performance goalsParticipate in ongoing sales training and team meetingsMaintain accurate records of work performed, quotes presented, job progress notes, etc.Safely operate and maintain assigned company vehicles, machinery, tools, and equipmentIn addition to our competitive pay, we offer great benefits including:100% paid insurance premiums on medical, dental and vision401k plan or 401k Roth with up to 4% match vested100% paid long-term disability insurancePaid xmcpwfu life insurance plan1 floating holiday6 paid holidaysVacation paySick payPaid weeklyRequirements:2+ years of sales experience, preferably in electrical or home servicesStrong knowledge of electrical components, codes and applicationsExperience with CRM software and digital sales toolsFamiliarity with scheduling or field service software (e.g., ServiceTitan, Jobber, or similar) a plusStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent customer services skillsValid driver's licenseMust meet company motor vehicle record (MVR) eligibility requirements
