BI Analyst/Reports Developer

This is a hybrid role that involves working onsite in Malvern, Pennsylvania (3 days per week).Job DescriptionDesign, build, and maintain data pipelines that ingest and integrate data from multiple sources (e.g., Jira, financial systems, Excel/SharePoint trackers)Develop and manage ETL/ELT processes to transform raw data into clean, structured datasets consumable by both Power BI and TableauBuild and maintain data models (star schema, curated datasets) that support consistent reporting across platforms • Enable a unified data layer to support coexistence of Tableau and Power BI during the migration periodEnsure data quality and reliability through validation logic, reconciliation checks, and monitoring of pipeline outputsOptimize query performance, dataset refresh times, and reporting responsiveness across both BI toolsSupport data extraction and structuring from Jira and other operational systems for reporting usePartner with the Senior Data Analyst to operationalize KPI definitions and business logic within the data layerManage data refresh schedules, dependencies, and failures to ensure timely and consistent reporting across platformsDocument data flows, transformations, and mappings to support maintainability and migration from Tableau-based logic to Power BIQualification (5-8 minimum years required)SQL Power BI / Tableau / comparable BI tools Excel (advanced)Data validation and reconciliation KPI design and reporting logicDashboard developmentRequirements gatheringBusiness process analysisPresentation of findingsNeed a senior individual that can Mentor/coach junior teammatesMust have Excellent communication skillsCompany Benefits (Can includes)Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k), 20 days of Paid Time Off (PTO)Preference: W2Schedule: Hybrid WorkWork Location: Malvern, PAAdditionallyEntech is an equal-opportunity employer.This is an On-site role work schedule based out of Malvern, PA office three days on weekNo Third-party candidates will be accepted, this is strictly a direct employment opportunity with Entech
