Regional Sales Manager - Academic Medical Centers / Higher EducationThis role is REMOTE, United StatesWe are seeking a proven software sales executive to sell our state-of-the-art Talent Management Software Suite to Academic Medical Centers and teaching hospitals. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to successfully sell software solutions to senior-level executives in Academic Medical Centers, hospitals and Higher Education institutions. This role is focused primarily on net-new prospecting (80%) into organizations with 5,000+ employees, with 20% dedicated to cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing customers.In this role you will...Secure new business leads by cold calling and managing sales resources to drive lead generationManage your assigned marketplaceBuild consensusDevelop, negotiate and close long-term agreement with accounts in your assigned marketplaceAttain or exceed sales quota by identifying customers' business challenges and aligning Cornerstone products/services to create world-class solutions that delivers significant valueConduct virtual and live presentations around our solutionsCoordinate with Marketing to create a marketing strategy and materials specific to academic medical centers and hospitals.. and being the rockstar you are, will be willing to take on additional responsibilities as neededYou've got what it takes if you...Are a hunter!
