COBOL Developer

The Role:
Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather course material. Analyze program requirements and determine strategic solutions. Convert written materials and maintain existing courseware. Analyze user/business software system requirements. Maintain documentation for software development policies. Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts.
What You'll Need:
- 8+ years of experience with COBOL & DB2. Ability to attain and maintain a USPS Public Trust clearance. Experience with Changeman for code promotion. Ability to scan libraries for keywords to research issues. Familiarity with creating Service
- Now Change requests. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline is preferred, or an additional 4 years of relevant work experience.
