We look for individuals who share this same passion and can apply their experience in real-world settings.Our Reston team is seeking a mid-level Rust Developer to build and optimize production software supporting simulation, optimization, and decision support in mission-focused environments. This role is for someone who can work in a large Rust codebase, collaborate closely with researchers and engineers to translate complex algorithms and technical concepts into performant, reliable software, and integrate those capabilities with backend services, databases, frontend applications, and supporting infrastructure.
