Ourdairy cooperative is seeking a regular, full-time Machine Operator forour dryer operation (includes dryer, evaporator and RO) 3rd shift(11pm-7am) who will provide for proper pasteurization of productsfollowing state and federal regulations. Comply with precise qualitystandards for cream, skim and condenses specification. Operator willunderstand the process of the RO, separation of milk and all relatedequipment, including evaporator and dryer and will engage in crosstraining to support business needs. Schedule flexibility, willingness towork overtime, weekends, holiday and rotate shift, as required. At timesovertime, weekend work, holiday work, and shift rotation will bemandatory. Starting wage: \$29.29/hr. Plus 10% shift differential. Payrange: \$29.29- \$31.14/hr. This position also offers eligibility forwage increases every 6 months for the first 24 months of employment.
