Source One is a consulting services company and we're currently looking for the following individual to work as a consultant with our direct client, an on demand autonomous ride-hauling company in Foster City, CANo Third-Party, No Corp to Corp, No Sponsorship Now, Future or Temporary AuthorizationTitle: SP - Technical Program ManagerLocation: Foster City, CA Onsite/Hybrid onsite schedule, minimum 3 days per week (Mon-Fri, 30 + hours)Contract Duration: 6-12 months, with likely extensionPay Rate: $91.85 per hour (w2)Job DescriptionWe are partnering with an innovative autonomous ride-hailing company seeking a Technical Program Manager to support sensor cleaning programs and drive cross-functional execution across engineering, product, and operations teams.This role will manage complex hardware-focused programs, coordinate suppliers, track milestones, mitigate risks, and ensure alignment across technical and operational stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities* Translate company strategy into detailed program roadmaps, timelines, milestones, and deliverables* Drive cross-functional coordination across hardware, software, firmware, systems engineering, product, safety, and operations teams* Manage external suppliers supporting sensor cleaning systems, including technical requirements, validation activities, and issue resolution* Lead program operations including meetings, status reporting, documentation management, and stakeholder communication* Maintain schedules, budgets, KPIs, and program dashboards while proactively identifying risks and blockers* Support technical and operational decision-making by evaluating trade-offs and driving issue resolution* Contribute to TPM operational initiatives including quarterly planning, process improvements, KPI development, and issue trackingRequired Qualifications* BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field* 8+ years of professional experience* 5+ years of technical or engineering program management experience* 3+ years of engineering experience in hardware product development* Proven experience managing complex cross-functional technical programs end-to-end* Experience working with international suppliers* Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills* Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments* Experience with JIRA, Smartsheet, Lucidchart, and Google Workspace or Microsoft OfficePreferred Qualifications* PMP certification or equivalent* Experience with autonomous vehicles, automotive, aerospace, or simulation environments* Experience supporting hardware systems involving electronics, pneumatics, or hydraulics* Experience with requirements management tools such as PolarionWork Schedule* Hybrid onsite schedule with at least 3 in-office days weekly* Flexibility for occasional early morning or evening collaboration as neededInterview Process* 30-minute hiring manager Zoom interview* 90-minute onsite panel interview
