Role Description This is a full-time remote role for the Vice President - Product Engineering. The role involves overseeing end-to-end product engineering initiatives, managing product roadmaps, and fostering collaboration between cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities include defining technical strategies, ensuring successful project execution, and driving innovation within the organization’s offerings. The individual will also lead teams, manage software development efforts, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Qualifications Expertise in Product Engineering and Product Management to oversee design, development, and delivery workflows.Strong background in Project Management to organize and execute complex initiatives effectively.Proven capabilities in Team Leadership and an ability to foster collaboration and growth within high-performing teams.Experience in Software Development and technical architecture for designing robust and scalable solutions.Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address complex engineering challenges.Outstanding communication and strategic planning skills to align technical execution with organizational vision.Prior experience working in mission-driven organizations or a passion for ethical technology is a plus.Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
