Job Description Shalva Haven is seeking a reliable and compassionate Overnight Youth Support Specialist to support teens in a structured group home environment. This role focuses on maintaining a safe and calm home during overnight hours while ensuring the wellbeing of the youth in our care.ResponsibilitiesProvide overnight supervision of youth in the homeConduct regular safety and house checks throughout the nightMaintain a calm and structured environmentDocument overnight observations and any incidentsComplete light cleaning and help prepare the home for the morning shiftEnsure the safety and wellbeing of youth during overnight hoursMinimum QualificationsApplicants must meet the following requirements:High school diploma or higherValid driver's license with a clean driving recordCurrent CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain)Ability to pass a physical examinationAbility to pass a background checkMust be 21 years of age or older
