The CSEO will be responsible for designing a unified, data-informed enrollment plan that aligns with the institution's mission and financial objectives. This includes stewarding a significant financial aid program and shaping the school's narrative to prospective families. The role involves unifying enrollment efforts across different divisions, strengthening messaging about the school's unique educational approach, and developing systems that use data to inform enrollment strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic enrollment management, experience in aligning enrollment strategy with financial aid philosophy, and the ability to build partnerships across school leadership.Candidates for the CSEO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and a minimum of 5 years' of leadership experience in admissions and enrollment management. The role requires a leader with strong operational acumen, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to fostering an equitable and inclusive community.
