Our Sales Associates wear many hats, but the main role of the Sales Associate is to provide excellent customer service to our shoppers and sellers and to keep our sales floor organized, shoppable and stocked. This position promotes a high level of customer service by assuring customers are assisted in an enthusiastic, timely, and knowledgeable manner. Our new team members usually start in this position and our goal is to promote you quickly! From this position you are able to grow into a certified buyer and then explore additional positions that align with your strengths and availability, including stock team, social media, and management.
Requirements:
Ability to handle a very fast paced atmosphere
Must be reliable and able to work assigned schedule (we offer flexible schedules and will work with your availability!)
Ability to stand for up to 8-10 hours a day, lift up to 40 lbs., climb a ladder, perform bending and reaching tasks
Cash register experience
