IAM/PAM Program Manager (Cybersecurity)

We are seeking an experienced IAM/PAM Program Manager to lead enterprise-scale identity and privileged access initiatives. This role requires strong program leadership, stakeholder management, and hands-on experience delivering IAM/PAM solutions in complex environments.**Location:** Dallas, TX**Duration:** 12 months**Key Responsibilities:**+ Lead delivery of IAM/PAM programs, including privileged access lifecycle and onboarding waves+ Drive program governance, roadmaps, execution plans, and executive reporting+ Manage cross-functional stakeholders and influence senior leadership+ Oversee consulting engagements (T&M/fixed scope) and vendor coordination+ Ensure alignment with security policies, compliance standards, and best practices+ Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies across the program**Required Qualifications:**+ 10+ years in cybersecurity or IAM/PAM program/project management+ Proven experience delivering IAM or PAM initiatives (CyberArk preferred)+ Strong executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills+ Experience managing large, multi-stakeholder enterprise programs+ Background in consulting engagement management**Preferred Qualifications:**+ Experience with PAM tools (CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, etc.)+ Exposure to discovery-led or roadmap-driven cybersecurity programs+ Knowledge of privileged access governance and operational models+ Experience in regulated or large enterprise environments+ PMP certification**Education:**+ Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experienceExcellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.CTG does not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee based recruitment services for this role.**To Apply:**To be considered, please apply directly to this requisition using the link provided.
