Schedule: 12-hr nights (1830-0700), 36 hrs/wk; every other weekend; 75% holidays; no call; floats to peds/PICU. Unit: 71-census Level IV NICU; 23-week infants (NEC, CDH, surgical). Requirements: 2 years NICU (first-time travelers OK). BLS, NRP. Skills: Vents, central lines, trach/G-tube, feeding methods, transfusions, infant sticks.
