Key Responsibilities: Strategic Partner EngagementBuild trusted relationships with stakeholdersAct as a strategic advisor, translating business needs into sourcing strategiesInfluence decision-making through commercial insight and market expertiseSourcing Strategy & ExecutionLead complex, multi-region sourcing projects across HR subcategoriesManage RFPs/RFIs, supplier evaluations, and selection processesEnsure alignment with organizational priorities and compliance standardsCommercial Strategy & Deal StructuringAnalyze financial models and cost scenarios to inform negotiationsStructure deals that balance commercial advantage with operational fitDrive cost savings while maintaining service quality and scalabilityContracting & ComplianceDraft and negotiate contracts including MSAs, amendments, and task ordersEnsure supplier performance, issue resolution, and regulatory complianceCollaborate with stakeholders to uphold contractual integrityMarket Intelligence & Supplier ManagementStay ahead of HR market trends, innovations, and regulatory shiftsManage supplier relationships to foster collaboration and continuous improvementBenchmark performance and drive supplier accountabilityGovernance & Quality StandardsApply Chain IQ’s sourcing methodologies and tools with precisionContribute to category strategy development and process optimizationChampion best practices across sourcing and procurement functions What you bring: EducationBachelor’s degree required (Business, Supply Chain, or related field); MBA preferredProfessional ExperienceHR services subject matter expertiseProven success sourcing recruitment, benefits, L&D, payroll, and HRIS platformsExperience managing sourcing projects exceeding multi-million-dollar thresholdsStakeholder & Supplier ManagementAbility to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional collaborationSkilled in vendor performance management and commercial deal structuringStrategic & Financial AcumenStrong grasp of total cost of ownership, pricing models, and cost/benefit analysisAbility to build financial baselines and support data-driven decisionsCompliance & Technical ExpertiseKnowledge of data protection regulations related to employee informationProficiency in SAP Ariba, Excel, PowerPoint, and sourcing analytics toolsExecution & DeliveryExpertise in category strategy, market analysis, and sourcing executionExceptional communication and negotiation skillsAbility to manage competing priorities while delivering high-quality outcomesTeam & Culture FitCollaborative, professional, and accountableMotivated by impact, growth, and continuous improvement What We Offer:We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The salary range for New York City Metro Area is $120,000 to $170,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, qualifications, skills, location and applicable employment laws.
