Electrical Manufacturing Engineer - Quantum Startup - Boston, MAA well-funded frontier technology startup developing next-generation computing hardware is seeking an Electrical Manufacturing Engineer to help scale advanced electronic systems from prototype through production.Working closely with engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing partners, you’ll support new product introductions (NPI), maintain manufacturing documentation, and drive DFM/DFA improvements across complex PCB and electro-mechanical assemblies.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and release manufacturing documentation packagesSupport PCB design updates, BOM management, and CAD library maintenanceConduct DFM/DFA reviews and resolve production issues with vendorsDevelop assembly, inspection, and test procedures for analog/RF and power electronicsManage engineering changes and PLM workflowsRequirementsExperience supporting outsourced electronics manufacturingStrong PCB CAD experience (Altium preferred)Understanding of PCB fabrication, assembly, and production testingFamiliarity with PLM/configuration management processesStrong cross-functional communication skillsPlease note that this role requires 5 days on-site.
