This role is ideal for a licensed Professional Engineer who enjoys blending technical expertise, client representation, and strategic growth.This is more than project management. It is community stewardship through engineering.What Youll LeadServe as Township or Borough Engineer, acting as primary or supporting municipal consultantAttend and actively participate in municipal meetings as a representative of the clientManage and review subdivision and land development plans for ordinance complianceOversee stormwater management design, grading reviews, detention basin rehabilitation, and infrastructure upgradesAdminister MS-4 Programs, including PRPs, on behalf of municipal clientsSupport Act 167 compliance and watershed-based planning initiativesGuide public works design and infrastructure rehabilitation projectsAssist with state and local permitting processesPrepare technical reports, feasibility studies, and engineering evaluationsProvide construction administration, including contract oversight, coordination, budgeting, and escrow account management Qualifications:What You BringBachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or equivalentProfessional Engineer (PE) license in Pennsylvania required15+ years of progressive civil engineering experience preferredStrong background in municipal engineering and direct client representationExperience with subdivision and land development reviews, zoning, grading, and stormwater managementFamiliarity with MS-4 program administration and regulatory complianceExperience in public works infrastructure and rehabilitation projectsWorking knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D preferredBusiness development experience and/or established municipal relationships strongly preferredExceptional written and verbal communication skills Why is This a Great Opportunity:This opportunity offers the chance to operate at a senior level, guiding municipal strategy while leading meaningful infrastructure initiatives.
