Body Composition Analyst

Job Overview: We are seeking a health and fitness professional to join our team as a Body Composition Analyst at Bodymass Arlington. In this role, you will be responsible for upholding the Bodymass Core Values and providing over-the-top customer service to all our clients who come in for DEXA scans and Resting Metabolic Rate Testing. You will be providing a detailed and comprehensive analysis of the data to our clients and ensuring all administrative tasks of the job role are complete with each appointment. This role requires strong intrapersonal skills, ability to tie numerical data to real-life behaviors, and provide encouraging, positive, and detailed information to all clients. Responsibilities: - Uphold the Bodymass Core Values and Standards - Provide unparalleled customer services and communication skills - Administer DEXA Scans and Resting Metabolic Rate Testing - Provide detailed understanding of the data and information to our clients -Share information on a plan of action and details on frequency of next appointment - Stay up-to-date with industry trends Skills: - Sharp attention to detail both with clients and the office space - Proficiency in using Google Sheets and Google Voice - Understanding of DEXA and Resting Metabolic Rate following detailed training - Unparalleled communication and customer service - Rapport building skillset with all clients and employees -Understanding of current Nutrition and Fitness trends - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills -Personal interest in health, wellness, and fitness This is a part-time position with competitive compensation. We've found that those with flexible work schedules excel in this role. Hours have the ability to vary, however we are looking for someone who is available: We are open 7 days a week and are ideally looking for someone who has both early morning and weekend availability. There is the ability to add more hours based on demand, and to cover shifts for other employees. Appointments are each 30-45 minutes (and will be paid at $20-$30 per appointment based on type/$40 per hour). All appointments are confirmed a minimum of 24 hours in advance. We will work with you and our other employees to ensure all appointments are covered.
