You'll work closely with our Print and Wide Format teams to make sure materials are staged, organized, and ready to go — and you'll own the recycling and waste management side of operations to keep our facility clean and compliant.Material Handling & Production SupportCoordinate with production teams to ensure materials, substrates, and supplies are available and staged for daily operationsTransport materials to designated staging areas according to production schedulesRetrieve items from inventory based on team requests and project needsCreate and maintain staging areas for upcoming projects to improve workflow efficiencyRemove and replace tip carts across the shop floor to maintain a clean, organized workspaceRecycling & Waste ManagementManage the rotation of full and empty gaylords on the dock throughout the dayLoad gaylords onto recycling trailers and coordinate removal with vendorsBreak down cardboard and scrap materials in preparation for scheduled pickupsOperate the baler multiple times daily to process cardboard and scrap — this is a regular, hands-on part of the routineMaintain a clean, organized, and safe baling area and load finished bales onto the appropriate trailersSafety & OrganizationFollow all dock safety protocols and procedures as directed by the Production ManagerHandle and transport materials safely and in compliance with internal standardsRequirementsWhat You BringHigh school diploma or GED preferredPrior experience in a material handling, warehouse, or production support role preferredValid driver's license required — must be able to operate company vehiclesForklift certification required (multiple lift truck types); must be maintainedComfort working in a physical, fast-paced production environmentWho You AreReliable — the team counts on you to show up and follow throughSafety-minded — you don't cut corners when it comes to protocolsA natural organizer — you notice when things are out of place and fix itPhysically capable and ready to be on your feet, lifting, and moving throughout your shiftA team player who communicates well and works across departments without frictionWhy ThysseFamily-owned and values-driven — we genuinely care about the people who work hereStable, full-time, 1st shift scheduleClimate-controlled facility – no sweating through summers or freezing through winters on the shop floorA close-knit team that works hard and looks out for each otherOpportunity to grow within a company that promotes from withinThysse (tie see) is a third-generation, family-owned commercial printer and brand experience provider located in Oregon, WI, just 15 minutes south of Madison.
