Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Welder to join our dynamic fabrication and construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-quality welding tasks across various projects, ensuring structural integrity and safety standards are met. Your expertise will contribute to building durable structures, piping systems, ductwork, and metal assemblies that meet precise specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction sites and manufacturing environments, utilizing advanced welding techniques and mechanical skills to bring projects to life. Schedule 6am-2:30PM with overtime when peak season hits - Monday- Friday with Saturdays if required. Paid Weekly! Temp-to Hire Requirements Proficiency in MIG, TIG, & Stick Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Familiarity with using calipers, micrometers, hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, and press brake machines. Knowledge of ASME codes & standards related to welding and fabrication practices. Mechanical aptitude with understanding of rigging, pipe threading, assembly, ductwork fabrication, and machining processes. Strong basic math skills for measurements and calculations required during fabrication tasks. Valid certifications in welding techniques; certifications in crane operation or forklift operation are a plus. Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
