You will create a world-class experience for the guests and, more importantly, the team members.Oversee the execution of the entire restaurant operation, including front-of-house and back-of-houseDeliver superior guest services and ensure absolute customer satisfactionRespond efficiently to customer complaintsEnforce and offer the best quality of products possibleOrganize and supervise shiftsAppraise personnel's performance and provide feedback to keep them upbeat and productiveTrack compliance with sanitation and safety rules and regulationsSuccessfully promote and publicize the brand.Nurture a positive working environment and lead by example as a restaurant supervisorServe as the point of contact for all customer service matters.Complete all new hire paperwork/onboarding according to necessary deadlines.Train employees professionally and profitably by applying The Sicilian Butcher's policies and procedures.Identify areas of improvement and provide one-on-one mentoring as needed, administer and document verbal warnings, write-ups, and Performance Improvement Action Plans.Demonstrate proficient knowledge of all menu items.Organize the restaurant following proper food rotation and cleanliness proceduresOrder all food, paper, chemical, and other supplies as needed to run the storeEnsure all employees follow proper policies and proceduresHave a vast knowledge of The Sicilian Butcher's historyFollow all company standards for health, safety, sanitation, and security.Adhere to all policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbookSend weekly update reports to Regional Operations Manager.The Sicilian Butcher is a modern-casual dining concept built on the rich culinary traditions of Sicily, reimagined for today's guest.
