From healthcare facilities to corporate headquarters, retail centers to high‑end residential, we approach every project with remarkable attention to detail, offering our clients and partners the best advice, and a passion for excellence.Company Highlights55 years in business, the leading Austin‑based GCRecord years in 24 & 25Long employee tenureFamily‑owned, mid‑sized firm (you're not just a #)Diverse portfolioAbout White ConstructionWhite Construction is seeking a Contract Administrator to provide support to our project managers and superintendents.ResponsibilitiesKnowledge of construction terminology, contract administration procedures and workflow is a plus.Provide execution and compliance of contracts, subcontracts, change orders, purchase orders.Assist with RFIs, submittal logs, close‑out documents and other documents related to the construction process for multiple projects.Handle credit card receipts and miscellaneous rental invoices.Use Viewpoint; experience with Autodesk Build and/or Procore is satisfactory.Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with owners, architects, subcontractors and vendors.Maintain superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
