Role Description This is a full-time, on-site General Laborer position located at our facility in Newton, NC. The General Laborer will be responsible for assisting with the manufacturing and distribution of high-quality work gloves and PPE. Responsibilities include operating machinery, assembling and packaging products, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, inspecting products for quality, and assisting with inventory management. Additionally, the role involves following safety protocols and adhering to production schedules. Qualifications Ability to operate manufacturing machinery and follow production processesAttention to detail for inspecting, assembling, and packaging productsBasic knowledge of workplace safety standards and proceduresStrong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleaguesAbility to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environmentPhysical stamina and the ability to lift and move materials as requiredPrevious experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or similar environments is a plus
