We are looking for an English US speaker based in the US with a passion for precision and a knack for creating prompts and ranking the responses.Task: You will be responsible for creating prompts as an evaluator and ranking response provided by the agent. This role is instrumental in training our AI model to deliver exceptional service to users.Requirements:Language Proficiency: English US speakers with a commitment to delivering error-free resultsLocation: Based in the USAnalytical and Creative Skills: We value detail-oriented, logical thinkers with a creative flair and the ability to empathize with user needs.Focus on Model Improvement: Drive model enhancement by providing valuable insights and improvements.Availability: Able to dedicate at least 4-5 hours a day; full-time commitment is preferable.Communication: Strong communicative skills and a willingness to collaborate with the team.Learning Sessions: Open to attending online demos or learning sessions as needed.Certifications: Successful completion of required certifications is mandatory.What you will do: Write prompts to guide or interact with the AI.Evaluate the AI's responses by determining whether there are any errors in its output.Fix any errors found by rewriting the prompts to improve the AI’s response.Rate the responses for how appropriate they are to the given prompt.Choose the best response from multiple options provided by the AI.Assess how much better a response is compared to others.Continue the conversation by repeating the process, refining both prompts and responses.Key points:Payment: The project pays based on approved work at your usual hourly rate.
