Working remotely, the Computer-Based Training Developer will create interactive CBT modules and support instructional design activities, quality assurance efforts, and LMS validation in a collaborative Agile environment.Key responsibilitiesDevelop interactive CBT modules using Adobe Captivate and other eLearning toolsCreate engaging learner experiences from storyboards and source documentation while integrating multimedia elementsPackage and validate training content for LMS delivery, ensuring compliance with SCORM and xAPI standardsRequired qualificationsBachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Graphic Design, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)4+ years of experience developing CBT/eLearning productsExperience with Adobe Captivate and developing SCORM-compliant training contentExperience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS)U.S. Citizenship and willingness to obtain and maintain US Security Clearance
