Internally, we are a small team that values accountability, collaboration, and a positive attitude as we continue to grow.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, hybrid(on-site 3 days per week) role based in Reno, NV for a Client Advisory Business Accountant.In this role, you will oversee the financial operations for ~20 clients and serve as their primary point of contact. You are responsible for the accuracy of their financials, the quality of their reporting, and the reliability of the systems supporting it.You will review and oversee accounting activity, identify and resolve issues, and ensure financial information is compliant and consistent. You will work directly with clients, build strong relationships, and provide clear explanations of what their numbers mean.This role requires someone who can manage multiple clients, make sound judgment calls, and work independently within established processes.
