Our office staff works 8 hours per day Monday through Friday, and our shop runs 10 hours per day Monday through Thursday. First shift: 5:30 am to 4 pm. Second shift: 3:30 pm to 1:30 am. Job Summary The CNC Mill Machine Set up operator responsible for Brother and Fadal Mill Centers for metal components with tight tolerances in a job shop environment with daily set ups. The position requires the individual to be able to take the program and set-up the machine and meet production set-up and run times. Requirements Minimum of 5 years’ experience Must be able to effectively install tooling, set-up and troubleshoot 3 axis Mills Must be capable of changing tools and editing programs for increased efficiency Must be capable of using appropriate measuring tools and equipment Must be capable of choosing appropriate cutting tools, machine fixture clamps and soft jaws Must be able to read, interpret and work from engineering prints, drawings and sketches Must be able to inspect and be responsible for the quality of your own work Brother and Fadal experience is a plus
