Southwestern Legacy is committed to delivering the expertise and support needed to make a meaningful difference in its clients' lives.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role in the Nashville Metropolitan Area. The training period is in person on-site and then the agent will have the option to work remotely. The Salesperson will be responsible for building relationships with clients, understanding their specific insurance needs, and recommending tailored life insurance solutions. Additional responsibilities include managing the sales process from start to finish, maintaining accurate client records, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. The role also involves participating in ongoing training sessions to stay informed about available insurance products and industry regulations.QualificationsStrong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationshipsSales and negotiation skills, along with the ability to reach or exceed sales targetsOrganizational skills and attention to detail for managing client records and documentationKnowledge of insurance products and a willingness to learn through company training programsAbility to work effectively in a structured, on-site work environmentPrevious experience in insurance sales or similar roles is a plus but not requiredState insurance license or the ability to obtain one is requiredFun Fact: Southwestern Legacy Insurance Group is a proud partner of Nashville SC of the MLS.
