Travel Sales Agent - Cruise & Vacation Specialist (Remote)
OLA Vacations is seeking an experienced and motivated Cruise & Vacation Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping clients plan and book unforgettable cruise vacations. As a trusted travel advisor, you will guide clients through the booking process, provide expert destination recommendations, and deliver exceptional customer service from initial inquiry through final travel arrangements.This is an excellent opportunity for a sales-driven travel professional who is passionate about cruising, enjoys building relationships with clients, and thrives in a performance-oriented environment.Key ResponsibilitiesConsult with clients to understand their travel preferences, vacation goals, and budget requirements.Recommend and sell cruise vacations, all-inclusive resorts, land tours, hotels, travel insurance, shore excursions, and other travel products.Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead qualification and consultation through booking and post-sale follow-up.Maintain expert knowledge of major cruise lines, destinations, promotions, and travel industry trends.Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.Resolve client concerns professionally and efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service.Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics.Qualifications RequiredMinimum of 2 years of proven cruise vacation sales experience with a travel agency or vacation seller.Demonstrated success in selling cruise vacations and achieving sales targets.Strong knowledge of major cruise lines, cruise products, itineraries, cabins, promotions, and destination offerings.Excellent sales, negotiation, and closing skills.Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.Ability to work independently in a remote environment.Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.Comfortable using CRM systems, booking platforms, and travel technology.PreferredExperience selling luxury, premium, river cruise, or expedition cruise products.Experience with GDS systems and travel booking platforms.CLIA certification or other travel industry certifications preferred.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary plus commission opportunities.Performance-based bonuses and incentives.Remote work environment.Ongoing training and professional development.Opportunities for career growth within a rapidly expanding travel organization.Access to industry travel benefits and educational opportunities.Work LocationRemote
