Operations Specialist
Primary Responsibilities JOB DESCRIPTION Coordinate and support daily operational activities to meet production and service targetsAnalyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, engineering, and qualityMonitor KPIs and prepare performance reports for managementAssist in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to optimize operationsEnsure compliance with NOV standards, HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental), and regulatory requirementsSupport implementation of continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)Troubleshoot operational issues and drive timely resolutionMaintain accurate documentation of processes, procedures, and reportsParticipate in audits, inspections, and process reviews Coordinate and support daily operational activities to meet production and service targets Education & Experience QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredJob RequirementsAble to work in a non-air-conditioned environment at times.Able to communicate professionally with internal and external customers.Able to multitask and prioritize tasks as needed.Behavioral CompetenciesIntegrity and TrustworthyPerseveranceDrive for ResultsInterpersonal SavvyCollaborationTechnical CompetenciesMust be familiar with MS office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook) and company systems: JDE, TAT, TSM, and EDS
