HR Admin/Assistant Location: Chaska, MN Duration: Full-time Job Duties for this role include: Provide general administrative support to HR and other departments Support HR filing and end of year HR file maintenance Create a positive first impression for all customers, employees, contractors, vendors and guests Support of recruitment and onboarding activities to ensure a positive experience for candidates Updating informational boards throughout the plant and sending communications (i.e. monthly newsletters, wellness communications, etc.) Event planning for employee recognition (births, anniversaries, etc.) and organizing meetings and lunches Managing company apparel store, seasonally Perform other work as assigned Knowledge and Skill Requirements: Flexibility due to a fast work environment Collaboration skills and able to work through ambiguity Need to read and write at a 12th grade level. Can read and follow procedures, processes and specifications written in English. Can demonstrate attention to detail.
