Lead Photographer

Job Overview We are seeking a talented and creative Photographer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling and possess a strong understanding of photography techniques and the ability to manage full Wedding day coverage. This role involves working closely with clients and team members to deliver high-quality images that meet specific needs and objectives. Duties Capture high-quality photographs for Weddings. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements, providing direction as needed. Manage the Wedding photography process from planning, shooting and delivery. Maintain an organized archive of photographs and videos for easy access and retrieval. Requirements Valid Drivers License. Up to date professional Camera equipment with backups. Proven experience in photography with a portfolio showcasing Wedding work. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members. Familiarity with journalism principles is a plus for storytelling through imagery. A keen eye for detail combined with artistic vision is crucial for this role.
