Controls Engineer

Job Description Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or two years experienceAbility to work with contractors on equipment installations and building expansionsFollow and implement TS 16949 Quality StandardsExperienced in cross-cultural work environmentAbility to manage project, schedule and costMachine and process trouble shootingSkilled in AutoCAD or other drafting softwareKnowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteKnowledge of Toyota Production SystemResponsibilities:ItemDescription1.Develop and / or maintain documented processes for new or existing production parts and assembly line process equipment.2.Support pre-production trial activities by tracking and reporting data acquired from the trials and develop countermeasures for problem areas uncovered during the trials.3.Take countermeasure for production equipment, tools and process concerning scrap, labor or customer issue improvements.4.Manage equipment installations (mechanically and electronically); work with contractors to establish a schedule5.Support new production launches for sample submissions6.Support the production floor by helping address daily problems7.Manage project schedules as assigned8.Perform other duties as assigned
