Property Manager – Multi-Site Operations | Queens, NYWe’re partnering with a long-term, stability-focused ownership group to identify a Property Manager for a well-performing, rent-stabilized portfolio across Queens. This is a unique opportunity for an operations-driven professional who enjoys running buildings—not chasing leases.The OpportunityThis role oversees a portfolio of 1,100 units across 10–11 buildings, consisting of vintage, 6-story elevator properties built in the 1950s–1960s. The assets are highly stable (95–96% occupied) with very low turnover and long-term ownership committed to holding—not flipping—real estate.Leasing and renewals are fully centralized, allowing you to focus on what matters most: building operations, staff leadership, and resident experience.What You’ll Do Oversee day-to-day operations across a scattered-site portfolio in Queens Lead and support a team of 11 Superintendents and a Resident Services Coordinator Manage unit turns, move-ins/move-outs, and overall apartment readiness Ensure buildings are operating efficiently—from boilers to elevators and everything in between Partner with long-tenured on-site staff to maintain strong building performance Monitor and report on monthly financial variances (with support from asset management) Collaborate with a dedicated capital projects team on larger improvements Utilize Yardi for reporting and operational trackingWhat Makes This Role Different Operations-focused: No leasing or renewal responsibilities Stability: Long-term ownership with a proven track record Strong occupancy & performance: Well-maintained, consistently performing assets Established teams: Experienced supers who know their buildings inside and out Support structure: Asset management and capital projects teams in placeWhat We’re Looking For Experience managing NYC rent-stabilized multifamily properties Background with an established property management company preferred Strong understanding of building systems and operations (you know your way around a boiler room, but aren’t turning the wrench) Experience overseeing multi-site portfolios and on-site staff Comfort managing unit turns and operational workflows Working knowledge of Yardi Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 5+ years of relevant multifamily experienceThis is an ideal role for someone who values consistency, structure, and long-term ownership—and wants to take pride in running a portfolio that’s built to last.Apply today for immediate consideration or reach out to Ashley Kahriman to learn more!215-661-8834 x 105ashley@msbresources.comThis is an on-site position located in Queens, NY.
