This on-site role, based in Winona, MN, involves assessing and treating patients with acute and chronic orthopedic conditions to enhance their mobility and quality of life. Key responsibilities include creating individualized treatment plans, providing hands-on therapy, guiding patients through rehabilitation exercises, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation. You will collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care and help clients achieve their recovery and wellness goals.QualificationsStrong skills and experience in Physical Therapy, Orthopedics, and Rehabilitation.Proven ability to provide exceptional Patient Care and prioritize patient-centered treatment approaches.Proficiency in delivering outstanding Customer Service to maintain a positive experience for patients.Licensed Physical Therapist with current eligibility to practice in Minnesota.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with patients and healthcare teams.Ability to develop and follow individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
