Join us in shaping the future of Western sports and entertainment!WHO YOU ARE:We are seeking a highly organized and creative Producer, Digital & Social Content to develop and deliver compelling content across the Teton Ridge portfolio, with a focus on Cowboy+ and Cowboys & Indians. This role is based in Fort Worth, TX and operates on a remote-hybrid schedule. This role is built for a producer who can take an idea and run with it. From concept to final delivery, this person will own the full lifecycle of content, shaping stories, leading production, and ensuring content is optimized for social and digital platforms. The ideal candidate is both creative and resourceful, comfortable working with small teams, and thrives in fast-moving environments where flexibility and execution are critical. This person brings a strong storytelling instinct, a sharp eye for what performs on social media, and a willingness to get hands-on at every stage of the process.Teton Ridge brands include; Cowboy+, Cowboys & Indians Magazine, The American Rodeo, Teton Ridge Entertainment, Ridge Riders, Pro Fantasy Rodeo and more.WHAT YOU'LL DO:Creative Development & StorytellingGenerate, research, and develop original content ideas, including short-form and long-form features, profiles, and social-first seriesShape story arcs, structure narratives, and ensure content is compelling, clear, and aligned with brand voiceIdentify culturally relevant moments, talent, and storylines within Western sports, rodeo, and lifestyleContinuously identify opportunities to elevate content through new formats, platform trends, and innovative storytelling approachesEnd-to-End ProductionOwn projects from ideation through post-production, including planning, scripting, shooting, and editingLead and execute shoots, including coordinating equipment, locations, and small production teams or freelancers as neededConduct interviews and field production independently when neededEnsure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at a high level of qualityWork closely with editors throughout post-production, providing clear, structured, and timely feedback to shape story, pacing, tone, and final polishContent Capture & Post ProductionOversee the production / capture of high-quality video and photo content using both mobile and professional camera equipment. *The ability to lend a hand as a shooter is a plusPartner with editors to refine cuts, elevate storytelling, and ensure content meets a high creative and technical standard across platformsEdit content for social and digital platforms using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similarOversee post-production, including pacing, music, color, and final deliveryMaintain strong organization of footage, assets, and project filesSocial & Digital IntegrationDevelop content with a clear understanding of platform-specific best practices across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and FacebookPartner with the social team to ensure content is optimized for distribution, including format, hooks, and packagingApply a strong editorial eye to ensure content is engaging, well-paced, and optimized for audience retention and performanceMaximize cross-platform potential of all content, adapting stories for multiple outputsProject Management & CollaborationManage multiple productions simultaneously, maintaining timelines, priorities, and communication across stakeholdersCollaborate with digital, social, editorial, and marketing teams to align on content needs and campaign prioritiesWork effectively within small, nimble teams and step into multiple roles as needed to move projects forwardQualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience in content production, preferably across digital, social, sports, or entertainmentExperience leading shoots, including directing talent, managing small crews, and conducting interviews with confidence and clarityProven ability to produce content from concept through final deliveryStrong storytelling, writing, and interview skillsProficiency with editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similarExperience working with both mobile and professional camera equipment is preferredHighly organized with strong project management skillsComfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environmentsWillingness to travel and work non-traditional hours, including nights and weekendsPreference given to candidates with capture and editing backgroundsRequired Knowledge & ExperienceStrong understanding of Western sports, rodeo, and lifestyle cultureClear point of view on what makes content engaging and shareable across social platformsAbility to balance creative vision with efficient executionFamiliarity with cross-platform storytelling and content distributionEEO STATEMENTTeton Ridge is an equal opportunity employer.
