Program Analyst
Overview
In this role you will provide program analysis and execution support to help manage industrial-base decisions and shipyard planning. You will work with DASN DIB directorates, Navy partners, and program offices to track schedules, risks, and deliverables, preparing leadership-ready materials. You’ll synthesize technical and financial data to produce clear findings and support rapid-response analyses. This position offers hands-on impact in a mission-driven defense environment with cross-functional collaboration.

ResponsibilitiesCollect, organize, and analyze program, schedule, resource, performance, risk, and stakeholder dataDevelop and maintain program plans, schedules, milestones, and metricsTrack actions, risks, issues, decisions, and deliverables; flag overdue itemsCompare planned vs. actual progress and support corrective action optionsAssist with data calls, reports, and rapid-response tasks related to industrial-base prioritiesCoordinate inputs among DASN DIB directorates, Navy organizations, and program officesPlan and support meetings, prepare agendas, notes, and follow-up correspondenceMaintain program files and documentation for continuity and auditabilityReview draft products for accuracy and alignment with government directionSupport onboarding, transition, and knowledge-management for programs
Key requirementsBachelor’s degree in business, management, engineering, economics, finance, operations research, public administration, or related discipline8+ years’ experience in program analysis, program coordination, or defense acquisition supportExperience maintaining schedules, actions, risks, issues, decisions, and program documentationExperience collecting and analyzing information from multiple sources for status and decision-support productsStrong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OutlookStrong written and oral communication, organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing deadlinesActive Top Secret clearancestrong written and oral communicationattention to detailorganizationMicrosoft ExcelMicrosoft PowerPointMicrosoft Word
