This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth scheduling coverage, effective communication with clients and employees, and successful onboarding/training coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesScheduling & Staffing:Coordinate employee schedules, account coverage, and staffing needsArrange coverage for vacations, sick leave, surveys, interim, PRN, and new accountsCommunicate scheduling updates with clients and employeesMonitor schedules, hours, and staffing reports for accuracy and coverageCoordinate travel arrangements and coverage logistics when neededTraining & Onboarding:Coordinate onboarding and training for new hiresSchedule training sessions with supervisors, trainers, and education coordinatorsEnsure employees are properly onboarded and prepared before account placementCustomer Service:Respond promptly to client or employee concernsMaintain strong professional communication with facilities and staffSupport customer satisfaction initiatives and follow-up processesAdministrative Support:Assist with credentialing coordination and documentationSupport company meetings, trade shows, and onboarding callsAssist with contracts, travel coordination, and administrative reportingQualifications:High school diploma required; college degree preferred.1–2 years of scheduling, staffing, recruiting coordination, or administrative experience preferred.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling systems.Why Join Nutritious Lifestyles?Supportive and collaborative team environmentOpportunity to work with healthcare professionals nationwideCareer growth and development opportunitiesDynamic and fast-paced healthcare operations experience
