Electronic AssemblerBudd Lake, NJ (On-site)OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Electronic Assembler with strong hands-on experience in precision assembly and soldering. You will work with complex technical drawings to build high-reliability components to IPC and J-STD-001 standards.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble & Solder: Perform electronic and electromechanical assembly of PCBs, harnesses, and subassemblies.Precision Work: Use hand tools, soldering equipment, and microscopes to assemble and inspect fine-pitch components.Read Blueprints: Accurately interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.Quality Control: Conduct visual inspections of solder joints and component placement.Teamwork & Safety: Collaborate with engineering to resolve assembly issues while maintaining ESD and safety protocols.QualificationsExperience: 3–5 years in electronic or electromechanical assembly.Certification: Current J-STD-001 certification required. (IPC-A-610 preferred).Skills: Exceptional manual dexterity; ability to perform fine-pitch soldering under a microscope.Bonus: Experience in aerospace, defense, or high-reliability manufacturing.
