Our team is committed to providing trauma-informed, client-centered services that promote lasting recovery.Position OverviewWe are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our Boca Raton corporate team. This role supports the HR department across multiple functions including onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, payroll processing, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of HR experience, a strong understanding of employment laws, and the ability to foster a positive and professional workplace environment.RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesProcess semi-monthly payroll accurately and in a timely mannerSupport onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth employee experienceMaintain accurate and compliant employee recordsAdminister and provide guidance on benefits programsAssist with performance management processes, including evaluations and goal-settingHelp resolve employee relations issues, including disputes, grievances, and disciplinary actionsCoordinate training and development initiatives to support employee growthEnsure compliance with all HR policies, labor laws, and regulationsContribute to workplace culture and engagement initiatives that promote collaboration and retentionRequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)2-3 years of experience in HR or related roles, Behavioral health preferred.
